Best customer service ever ! I had bought an arrangement (dog) previously from a florist close by in town and was unhappy with it and the sky high price. I found this place and asked for the same arrangement. Wow ! Gorgeous and the price was much much lower. Wish I had a pic of both to show you the difference, it was for a friend whose dog passed. So we made the mistake of ordering an arrangement from an online florist for my mother-in-laws funeral. At the last minute they texted us and told us that they weren't going to be able to deliver it in time. In a moment of desperation my sister-in-law found The Bloom Closet online, just a mile away from the church and we called her up and she put together a beautiful last minute arrangement for us at a very fair price. We really appreciate what you did for us today Jean. You were a real lifesaver and you cast a light into what was a dark world for us today. Thank you so much. I called a little after 10am to see if they could manage a same day delivery for me and the woman I spoke with said “absolutely!” The flowers were delivered about an hour later and were just gorgeous. If there were more than 5 stars allowed I would give them all the stars! -Jocelyn Prouty

I can not say enough good things and heap mutitudes of praise on Jean, the owner of the Bloom Closet. I live out of town and wanted to send an arrangement to my honey. She pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and got them there the very next morning . I let her choose the design and they were so colorful and pretty! I could not be more grateful to her ... she does what she says she will do! Thanks Jean... you certainly give new meaning to the words "customer service".
