Best customer service ever ! I had bought an arrangement (dog) previously from a florist close by in town and was unhappy with it and the sky high price. So we made the mistake of ordering an arrangement from an online florist for my mother-in-laws funeral. At the last minute they texted us and told us that they weren't going to be able to deliver it in time. I can not say enough good things and heap mutitudes of praise on Jean, the owner of the Bloom Closet. I live out of town and wanted to send an arrangement to my honey. She pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and got them there the very next morning . I let her choose the design and they were so colorful and pretty! I could not be more grateful to her ... she does what she says she will do! Thanks Jean... you certainly give new meaning to the words "customer service".
