Best customer service ever ! I had bought an arrangement (dog) previously from a florist close by in town and was unhappy with it and the sky high price. I found this place and asked for the same arrangement. Wow ! Gorgeous and the price was much much lower. Wish I had a pic of both to show you the difference, it was for a friend whose dog passed. So we made the mistake of ordering an arrangement from an online florist for my mother-in-laws funeral. At the last minute they texted us and told us that they weren't going to be able to deliver it in time. In a moment of desperation my sister-in-law found The Bloom Closet online, just a mile away from the church and we called her up and she put together a beautiful last minute arrangement for us at a very fair price. I can not say enough good things and heap mutitudes of praise on Jean, the owner of the Bloom Closet. I live out of town and wanted to send an arrangement to my honey. She pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and got them there the very next morning . I let her choose the design and they were so colorful and pretty! I could not be more grateful to her ... she does what she says she will do! Thanks Jean... you certainly give new meaning to the words "customer service". Bright and lively, and full of love like the Lilies, Roses, Spray Roses, Delpihinum and accent flowers, arranged in a 5x5 vase. Flowers may vary, but the bright colors will remain...if you upgrade +30, the flower will be in a 5x5 vase with a upgrade in flowers. Flowers will be different due to availability, but I promise you THEY  will be happy! always full and gorgeous. I will use the flowers that are available it is designers choice. It is not a exact copy of this photo. Designers choice means it's my choice, this photo shows the style and size of the arrangement. Don't expect a carbon copy of this arrangement. It is designers choice.
